Label every box with a room
Write the room on two sides of each box. It saves an hour at the other end.

Save a spot for the truck
If your street is tight, ask your neighbours or body corporate for parking on moving day.

Pack an essentials box
Kettle, chargers, medicine, toilet paper and the first night’s bedding. It rides in your car.

How do you work out the price?
From your addresses, the truck size, the floors and what’s coming. You see each part in the price tool, and that number is locked once you book.
Do you take beds and wardrobes apart?
Yes. Beds, tables and most flat-pack pieces are taken apart and put back. Tell us about anything unusual, like a wall unit or a heavy safe.
Can I pack myself?
Of course, most people do. If you want us to pack, add packing and wrapping in step 3 of the price tool.
What if there’s more than I said?
Tell us before moving day and we update your price. If extra items turn up on the day, the crew confirms the cost with you before loading them.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Month-end and Fridays go first, and mid-month weekdays are 10% less.
